Softball Pitch Recognition Program

Chambliss Grandslam is happy to announce the recent addition of the Softball Pitch Recognition Program. Now, young female athletes of all ages can participate in the same challenging eye training sessions that the boys do. Each challenge is designed to help enhance the batter’s ability to track the softball from the pitcher’s hand to the catcher’s mitt. The more efficient the batter is able to track the softball, the more information she will ascertain, resulting in her ability to make a better decision in the box.

When a player signs up for the Pitch Recognition Program, they will participate in multiple challenges involving eye training sessions, reaction drills, simulated at-bat competitions and more. We have two pitchers with different velocity characteristics, so we are able to cater to the skillset of the athlete as they work to enhance their rhythm, timing and overall approach.
